Business Model: We do not operate a direct e-commerce “Add to Cart” checkout. All orders are processed via email, phone, or WhatsApp consultation.

Quotations: Prices, customization options, shipping charges, and delivery timelines are shared in a written quotation before final order confirmation.

Order Acceptance: Orders are considered confirmed only after written approval and advance payment (where applicable).

Custom Products: For personalized or branded items, once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, product images, and descriptions on our website are the property of Giftveda and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

Governing Law: All transactions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi courts.
